This meal is light to carry and provides tasty, fast nourishing food for adventure with freeze dried lentils, savoury tomato sauce and vegetables with a potato topping make this delicious no meat cottage pie. Gluten free.
Serves per pack 1. Net weight 175g. Preparation: Remove potato pouch. Add 250 ml (1 cup or MT KILIMANJARO fill line) of boiling water to meal pouch and 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water to potato pouch. Stir and stand each pouch for 10-15 minutes. Serving size 675g (once prepared)
