Shipping

We pack and send your resupply boxes daily between Monday and Friday. We aim to get your boxes on the way to you on the same day, or on the next day, if the order is placed later in the day. 

The estimated delivery time is typically between 2 - 3 days, but it's best to place your order earlier rather than later. 

When placing an order, please make sure you let us know your name, phone number and expected arrival date. 

As a guide, a size 3 post box up to 5kg is typically enough for a 7 day resupply.

Our rates for resupply boxes are:

South Island

$30 for orders up to 5kg

$40 for orders up to 10kg

North Island

$20 for orders up to 5kg

$30 for orders up to 10kg

*Note: Most places will charge a small amount ($10 - $15) to hold your supply box, which you will need to pay on collection.
