Resupply Locations

While parts of Te Araroa are relatively easy to resupply from (particularly in the North Island), there are sections where resupply options are more limited. Some of these involve organising a shuttle, or hitchhiking to the nearest town. 

The locations where hikers often send supply boxes are:

Havelock/Pelorus Bridge

- Havelock Holiday Park

- Blue Moon Lodge

St. Arnaud

- Alpine Lodge 

Boyle Village

- Boyle Outdoor Education Centre *Requires online payment for collection of resupply boxes. 

Arthur's Pass

- Mountain House Arthur's Pass YHA 

We're happy to send your supply box to other locations on trail. Just let us know where!

*Note: Most places will charge a small amount ($10 - $15) to hold your supply box, which you will need to pay on collection.
